There is a reduction in the tuition.
A scholarship is given each semester to students of highest achievement (Attendance rate above 90%, Overall grades above 85)
Confirm that you have paid your tuition for the next semester → Request the issuance of the required certificates → Reserve a date for the Immigration Office and apply for extension
Documents required when visiting the Immigration Office: Passport, Alien Registration Card, Academic certificates, Proof of residency, Application form, Fee (60,000 KRW)
- There may be further required documents according to situation.
- There will be a monetary penalty if you extend after your expiration date.
At the start of semester, students will be asked to submit a photo for the manufacture of their library card. Students can use it to access the library.
The Buddy Program helps international students adjust to campus life and Korean culture. Students may apply for the program twice a year.
Students may be counseled on their classes, campus life, or further education.
Initial counseling: Homeroom teacher / Follow-up counseling: Faculty member
Culture classes will be held once or twice each semester as a part of the Korean Language Course.

From the foreign bank from which you are paying your tuition, check the current exchange rate and send the closest amount. If you underpay, the office will request the remaining amount. (Overpayment is non-refundable.)
You must submit to the office a form, your bank information, and other required documents. (The registration fee of 50,000 KRW is non-refundable.)
