Application Qualifications

Eligibility Requirement

Those who have completed a secondary
school diploma or the equivalent.

How to apply

1. Sign up application website and submit application form & pay for application fee
2. Students who pass screening process: send original documents by person or EMS

A new student for Korean language Program (A student without D-4 visa)
1. Copy of applicant's passport 2. Original copy of diploma from the last school in Korean or English(Apostilled or certified by the consulate of an embassy of the Republic of Korea) 3. Original copy of grade transcript from the last school in Korean or English(Apostilled or certified by the consultant of an embassy of Republic of Korea) 4. Original certified bank statement of applicant's or parent's account with minimum KRW 10,000,000 * Uzbekistan: more than 3 months deposit at KDB bank in UZB * Vietnam: more than 3 months deposit 5. Family relationship certificate 6. Copy of ID card of applicant's own country 7. Certificate of parent's income 8. (Optional) TB result for dormitory applicant 9. (Optional) Insurance policy for whom doesn't want to buy an international student insurance from SeoulTech(About KRW 70,000 for 6 months)

* All required documents must be submitted and the application fee (KRW 50,000) must be paid through the payment system (Flywire) by the document submission deadline.
* The documents of diploma and grade transcript must be certified by Korean Embassy or Apostilled
※ Additional documents can be requested during the screening process and application documents will not be returned.

※ If it is found that the accepted documents have been forged or illegally altered, the students admission can be cancelled, and application fee will not be returned.
※ The dormitory request on the application form is for a demand survey. We will conduct another survey specifically for dormitory living for students who indicate their interest on the application form. However, in case of limited availability, we may not be able to assign dormitories to all applicants.
