Coverage
NHI covers 80% of medical expenses for hospitalization, and approximately 50-70% of medical expenses for out-patient visits.
How to Claim Insurance
- Required Documents: Claim report, ID card, copy of bankbook, receipt for medical expenses, medical certificate, doctor's note
- Procedure : Download the claim report and fill it out → Scan all the required documents → Claim Insurance
Note
- Students who have purchased an insurance policy must submit a photocopy of the insurance certificate to the Office of International Education.
- Students who do not have an insurance policy must purchase an insurance and submit a photocopy of the insurance certificate to the Office of International Education.
